welcome to warrior health blog

Hi there! I’m Dr. Holland! I am a Naturopathic doctor. I have dedicated much of my research and time to chronic illnesses. Epstein – Barr virus, mystery autoimmune, crazy hormones, Lyme, food sensitivities, gastrointestinal problems, and “invisible illnesses” are what I do! I have personal history with the Epstein – Barr virus, which gives me a deep understanding with my clients that are dealing with chronic illnesses. It is my goal to empower, educate, and unveil the root cause of your ailments. I understand that emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical components of your  health are all equally vital to achieving optimal wellness and beating chronic disease.

Here’s a little bit more about my background. After graduating from Montana State University with my Bachelor’s of Science in Cell Biology and Neuroscience with an emphasis on biomedical sciences, I earned my Doctorate in Naturopathic medicine at Bastyr University in Seattle, WA. While there, I completed specialty rotations in environmental medicine, immune wellness, oncology, Parkinson’s disease, emergency medicine and mind body medicine. After this I worked in an Integrative health clinic that incorporated functional medicine during my residency. This has provided me with exposure to a wide variety of pathologies and patient care. After this I completed residency in an integrative clinic that gave me exposure to functional medicine. Adding this to my foundation of naturopathic philosophy has grounded my understanding for health and the necessities of healing.

I currently operate as a health consultant. I help you learn to heal yourself and bring services right to your door through phone or video consults. We spend a solid hour or more together. We work as a consultant – client team. This allows me to take into account all the components of health and help better understand your health needs and goals.
